Call Paths vs. Metered Usage

Calls are billed one of two ways. We'll help you pick whichever costs less for how your team actually calls.

Metered usage

• $0.009 per minute (nine-tenths of a cent).
• Our carrier charges a one-cent minimum per call, so very short calls still bill one cent each.
• Usage shows on your invoice with your base rate.

Call paths (unlimited)

• A call path carries one call at a time, inbound or outbound, with unlimited calling on it.
• $24.99 per call path per month. Yearly and three-year terms with our carrier lower the price.
• Get as many call paths as the number of calls you need up at the same time.

Which is better?

High call volume, especially many short calls, usually comes out cheaper on call paths. Ask us and we'll compare your actual call records.
